Rules and Conditions

1. Hello Neighbour Network Inc. (herein referred to as ‘HELLONEIGHBOUR’)
2. HELLONEIGHBOUR runs several sites on which this contest will be posted, which include but are not limited to HelloNeighbour.com, SalutVoisin.com, WinSaveLearn.com, AskYourNeighbour.ca, HelpYourNeighbour.com  (herein referred to as ‘HNN Sites’).

1. Open to residents of the continental United States of America and continental Canada only.
2. Must be the age of majority in your state or province for entering contests, or older. You must be at least 18 years of age. As such the organizers reserve the right to require the winner to provide photo ID in order to claim their prize.
3. This contest is void where such contests are prohibited.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. All contestants must at a minimum subscribe to one of HNN sites and get at least one other person to subscribe to one of HNN Sites following the conditions laid out in the RULES OF ENTRY.
6. No facsimiles or handwritten entries will be accepted.
7. All entries must be received not later than midnight March 31, 2007.
8. The prizewinner’s name will appear by noon April 3, 2007 on the home page of HNN sites.
9. The prize consists of one (1) iPod nano 4GB (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition.
10. The winner has four weeks to claim their prize from the time that they have been contacted by ‘HELLONEIGHBOUR’. ‘HELLONEIGHBOUR’will contact the winner by electronic mail at the e-mail address the prize winner indicated as their user account on the HNN Sites and/or by telephone at the number the prize winner indicated on their user account on the HNN Sites.
11. Any employee, representative or agent of ‘HELLONEIGHBOUR’ and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest.
12. The winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim their prize.

1. HELLONEIGHBOUR takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending or use of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM through our server or over our network or in connection to any of our sites.
2. The use of SPAM to advertise this contest or any HNN Site is strictly forbidden. Any one caught using SPAM in connection with this contest or an HNN Site will have their HNN Site account suspended indefinitely and have their email address removed from this contest and from all referral fields on the HNN Sites.
3. Any one caught using SPAM in connection with this contest or an HNN Site may also be subject to fines, damaged and legal expenses at the discretion of HELLONEIGHBOUR.

1. You must be a current subscriber in good standing on one HNN Site.
2. You must get at least one other person to subscribe to one HNN Site.
3. The person you get to subscribe to one of HNN Sites must enter the same email address you used to subscribe to the HNN Sites.
4. You may only subscribe to one HNN Site.
5. You may only refer other people to subscribe to one HNN Site.
6. A referral may only subscribe to one HNN Site.

1. The contest winner is determined as the subscriber with the most points* as of midnight March 31, 2007.
2. *A point is earned each time a new subscriber enters a current subscriber’s (referrer’s) email address when subscribing to an HNN Site in the ‘Email address of referrer’ field indicated.
3. In the case of a tie between two (2) or more subscribers, a random draw will take place between these two (2) or more subscribers to determine one (1) winner.
