1)    THEORY PREPARATION (for beginners without a learners permit)

The theoretical training part of the course starts with 6 hrs in class with a teacher. All three topics of the SAAQ exam will be covered:

• Highway Safety Code
  
• Road Signs
  
• Automobile Specializationl

In addition, the following notions aimed at preparing the new driver for the dangers of the road will be focused on:

• Hazardous conditions
  
• Defensive and preventive techniques
  
• Emergency situations

The lessons are done in two, 3 hour sessions. Courses are on going and repeat twice a month.

Following the in-class theory lessons, the student will then start practicing on computer based questions and exams designed to simulate the SAAQ’s theory driving exam. These can be done either at our office or from home via our online training.

We are proud to offer all of our students a full guarantee for this part of the course. Therefore, should a student fail their SAAQ theory exam then they will be able to repeat any part of the theory preparation at no charge.

2)    ON-THE-ROAD TRAINING (for new drivers who already possess a learners permit)

Once the student passes the SAAQ’s knowledge test and obtains a learner’s permit, they are ready to get behind the wheel for their driving lessons. Booking lessons with ACCESS is easy. We offer a very flexible schedule to accommodate even the busiest schedule. Driving lessons are done in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. These lessons are available in either Automatic or Manual transmission.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF OUR COURSE:

Our first goal will be to introduce the student to all the basic manoeuvres of driving a passenger vehicle, build their ability to safely manoeuvre a passenger vehicle and develop their decision making.

Our second goal is to of course to make sure the student passes their test. This is why the later lessons in our course are spent in the S.A.A.Q exam area. We will go over the practical exam criteria and the exam routes so that we make sure our student passes!

By the end of the course, our students will practiced every aspect of driving from basic turns and safe lane changes, to parking, urban driving, and highway driving. Further, they will have a more developed sense for detecting, and reacting to, dangerous road conditions and emergency situations.

For convenience, we always provide a pick-up and drop-off service for the student during their lessons (in our area of operation) at no additional charge.
